Setting Up Shop

I have just launched my Folksy shop at-  http://www.folksy.com/shops/Sarahjaynemary

I will be using this shop to sell any limited edition prints/ original artworks and of course some of my favourite Seedlings products.

Inspiring me at the moment

After another eventful trip to Italy I am loving European publishing. The market seems to have a much more experimental and interesting approach to illustration, which feels like a breath of fresh air. Here are a couple of illustrators who are really inspiring me at the moment-

Wow, what a busy few months it has been for Seedlings!

Having recently joined forces with UK distributor Design Collections the race has been on to modify our ranges and get our cards into tip-top condition.

As a result, each Seedlings card now comes with a larger manilla seed packet which is hand-printed on one side with our logo and seed variety.
We've also added 6 brand new designs and a beautiful wooden counter-top display.



I've also been lucky enough to get away from all the commotion for a few days to soak up some inspiration in Florence where some of the oldest printmaking techniques are still used today.

Recent Show

Just looking through some pics from our recent exhibition at Pglive in London.

It was our first time at this particular trade fair and we have been pleasantly surprised by the response.

As well as meeting some great new contacts, we welcomed some new stockists including 'Between the lines' who have 11 fantastic shops in the south east.

NEW FOR 2011!!!


This year we have made the move to producing all our cards on 100% recycled materials. Our cello bags are made from 100% bio-degradable corn starch and all our envelopes and paper are 100% recycled and sourced locally. This means that not only do we produce everything by hand, source locally and give something back to the environment, you can be confident that your seedlings card is as eco-conscious as possible.
